At 1-1/8" thick, our Professional stretcher bar profile is ideal for small up to larger canvases, 10″ to 72″(~25cm-183cm). The thicker profile provides extra setback between the canvas & frame which also helps prevent "ghosting marks" for artists who like to press hard on the canvas when applying paint.
All stock-sized Professional frames now come standard with our Universal Bracing System, designed for strength, stability, and easy assembly. If you prefer Mortise & Tenon bracing, you can upgrade your order or contact us to customize. Please use our Order Form or call us at 1-800-561-4944.
