Our regular production turnaround times are 5 to 7 business days for stock orders and 5 to 10 business days for regular custom orders. Special custom orders are typically 2 to 4 weeks. Note that these timeframes do vary depending on our workload. Expedited service may be available at a 20% premium ($30 min) - this will put your order at the top of the queue and it will be worked on by the next available staff member. Please let us know in the form below if you have a specific deadline.
We offer worry-free shipping of frames across the US and Canada. Regular shipping time is 1-3 business days within Canada and 3-5 days to the United States via UPS Ground. Rush shipping is also available (please indicate if you are interested in this or our expedited service at the bottom of the form).
There are NO additional CUSTOMS, DUTY or BROKERAGE CHARGES for orders shipped to our US customers.
