Shipping & Returns Policy
Upper Canada Stretchers Inc. (UCS) offers shipping for online or custom orders to any destination in Canada, the USA and all overseas locations serviced by regular courier services. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.
We ship online orders via UPS or Canada Post and custom orders via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post. Alternate arrangements can be made for shipping by LTL transport for large orders.
Stock orders placed either online or by phone, fax or email are normally shipped next day. Custom orders are shipped within 3 to 10 days depending on the size and nature of the order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (products should be packed in its original shipping carton as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item. To proceed with the return of the items, please contact us and explain your situation and we will advise you on the easiest way to return the packages.
If you have received a damaged item, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
OUT-OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs.
If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.
If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval.
Each order will be confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm your order by email the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (EST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(EST). All the items will be shipped after the approval process is complete and the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.
You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.
